Fact Finding: helping people who need to know
something and don't have time to learn

An elderly, 70-something man, who has never travelled and who doesn't have a computer, decided to get a passport but didn't know what he needed to do or where to begin.

Using the US goverment website, I compiled a how-to package for him, including downloaded application forms, maps to a reputable photographer for his passport photos and to the nearest location for submitting the forms, as well as a price list for each of these steps.
